IDEA is taking place on the Plaza level (2nd floor) of the convention centre in rooms P1, P2, and P3.

The venue has undercover parking for 1600 cars; the flat rate for parking is $12.00 per day per vehicle.

Wireless internet access is available for purchase via the Telstra hotspot at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

The event is providing wireless internet access free of charge to IDEA presenters.
