The original standards aimed to make all content universally accessible, but that was impossible so they are being revised. The AccessForAll approach aims to make all content publishing services inclusive, using standards for composing resources from suitable components according to user needs. This approach spreads the responsibility for the services to simplify conformance. Finally, the FLUID project aims to provide a living library of sharable user interface components for reuse across community source projects to support flexibility and customization. This workshop will introduce participants to all these developments. Presentation: Powerpoint Presentation (18.2Mb) |
